Shale Spring Meats’ bulk ordering options provide you with great value and convenience. We offer both beef and hogs from our own farm for those who want fresh, local butchering but don’t have their own livestock. Choose from whole, half, or quarter cow, and whole or half hogs. All roaster pigs are sold as whole only.
